- We collect the email address you enter.

If you use nodd
- Your voice. nodd listens only while you hold ⌥⇧Space (or the Hold to talk button). The microphone stops when you let go. While you hold, your audio goes to our AI provider, OpenAI, which turns it into text and helps answer.
- Your screen. When you ask a question, nodd takes one screenshot of the Figma tab you are working in, with its own buttons and cards hidden. It sends that screenshot to OpenAI to answer. We do not store your screenshots or recordings.
- Your file. nodd never changes your Figma file. It reads what is on screen to check your step.
- Your progress. Lesson progress is kept on your device. It holds lesson and step IDs, counts, results and times. It never holds your file’s content, layer names or images.
- Speed measurements. To keep nodd fast, we record timings and token counts for each answer. These never include your questions, audio or screenshots.
OpenAI
OpenAI processes your audio, screenshots and questions only to answer you, under its API terms. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models: data controls in the OpenAI platform. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to pavlito1988@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
